About Us

Migration, which is defined as the movement of people across a specified boundary for the purposes of settling in a new country and starting a new life, is one of the most significant decisions a person or a family will make in the lifetime.

As one of the most liveable countries in the world, Australia enjoys enormous popularity among immigrants. However, to the dismay of many foreigners who are looking to relocate to Australia, Australian immigration law is highly complex and frequently changing. Australian immigration law is regulated by a variety of Commonwealth Acts, regulations and other legislative instruments, namely:
     • Migration Act 1958 and Migration Regulations 1994;
     • Judiciary Act 1903 (s 39B); and
     • Australian Citizenship Act 2007

WeLand Migration was founded by a team of highly skilled migration law experts who have more than ten years’ experience in dealing with all types of visa, citizenship and merits review matters in various stages of the immigration process with specialist knowledge in:
    • Global Talent Visa (“GTI”);
    • Business and Investment Visas; and
    • Employer Sponsored Visas

With a deep understanding of the complexity in Australian immigration law, WeLand Migration is committed to delivering clear and accurate immigration advice as well as comprehensive services so as to achieve the best results for our clients. At WeLand Migration, our culture is one that cultivates specialisation and collaboration.
